Valor® balance is a technique you can do with a friend or partner to increase the resonance of the body and ease feelings of tension and stress. It works best whilst lying, but can also be done in a chair. This is the basic technique:
- With the person lying on their back on a massage table or bed, place 2 drops of Valor® oil or another essential oil like lavender or cedarwood onto your palms and then apply to the soles of each foot.
- Hold right foot with right hand and left foot with left hand so your arms are crossed. Apply firm palm to sole contact.
- Close your eyes and focus on the feeling from each foot. Is there tingling, pulsing or heat? Notice if there is any difference between left and right foot.
- Hold for 2 – 10 mins or until energy balances in each foot.
